Spicy Garlic Knife Cut Noodles
  1. Bring 6 cups of water to a boil and add the two packs of Knife Cut Noodles. Cook for 4 minutes but do not strain.

  2. While the noodles are cooking, add soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic cloves, Sichuan chili crisp, and scallions to a large bowl and whisk together.

  3. Once the noodles are done, add them to the sauce bowl straight from the boiling water, allowing the excess water to drip off only slightly. Toss the noodles with the sauce.

  4. Finish with toasted sesame seeds, lime juice and a squirt of sriracha for more heat.
