  7. Add the mushrooms and cherry tomatoes, cooking them until they are softened.

  8. Stir in the spinach and cooking cream, allowing the mixture to simmer.

  9. Finish by adding grated parmesan and adjust the seasoning if needed.

  10. Serve the salmon topped with the sauce.
