Garlic Chicken Skewer Sandwich
  1. Cut chicken thighs into 1.5 inch pieces. Place chicken into a mixing bowl and add all ingredients listed, mix well.

  2. Skewer chicken on skewers made for the grill. Get them on your grill, and cook on indirect heat so that they do not burn. Cook till an internal temperature of 165F is reached.

  3. In a bowl, add all ingredients for the garlic chili sauce, mix well.

  4. Slice cucumber and onion into a container. Add all ingredients for the cucumber salad. Shake well and enjoy.
