Mix lukewarm water, yeast and sugar. Allow yeast to activate.
In a separate bowl, mix hot water, sugar or honey, salt, butter, and milk.
Add to yeast. Mix. Add enough flour to form dough consistency. Mix.
Let dough rise in a bowl, covered with a damp cloth, until doubled in size.
Punch, let rise again.
Make into 4 full size loaves and let rise until doubled in size.
Bake at 350 F for 43 minutes.
Rub with butter when done.
