Garlic Chili Oil Ramen With Shrimp
  1. Set a donabe or clay pot over medium heat. If you do not have one, a regular metal pot works just fine.

  2. Add the garlic chili oil and once warm, crack the egg directly into the oil and let it gently set for about 30 seconds.

  3. Add the sriracha, Kewpie mayo, and oyster sauce.

  4. Add the green onions and shiitake mushrooms, followed by the shrimp, letting everything sit and cook gently.

  5. Nestle in the bok choy and dry ramen noodles, then pour in enough broth to cover everything.

  6. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for about 8 to 10 minutes, until the noodles are tender and the shrimp is fully cooked.

  7. Taste and season with soy sauce or salt as needed.

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
