Prepare the beef. In a pan over medium heat, add the olive oil and add the shaved beef. Season with salt and cook on each side for 1-2 minutes. Once it is almost cooked, add ⅓ cup gyoza sauce and cook until the steak is crispy on the outside and cooked through on the inside. Set aside.
Prepare the noodles by boiling one individual packet and discarding the sauce. Once the noodles are cooked, drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
Prepare the salad. Add the Salad kit to a large bowl. Toss with the packages salad dressing (as much as you like) Reserve the crunch portion for later.
Toss the cooked beef, scraping all the sauce out from the pan into the bowl with the salad along with the noodles.
Top with the crunch mixture and garnish with scallions.
