Beef Chili
  1. Cook beef in a large pot over medium-high heat, breaking up into small crumbles with a wooden spoon, until beef is cooked through and begins to brown, about 5 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

  2. Add onions and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

  3. Add tomatoes, beans, broth, chili powder, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.

  4. Bring mixture to a boil and reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to develop.

  5. Serve topped with cheddar cheese, a dollop of sour cream, and green onions.
