Garlicky Orange Glazed Pork Chops With Mandarin Slaw
  1. Melt down marmalade and add the rest of glaze ingredients, bring to a simmer for 5 minutes. Add cornstarch slurry to thicken. Set aside.

  2. Mix together slaw base ingredients in one bowl and dressing ingredients in another bowl.

  3. Combine slaw base and dressing together and set aside for at least 30 minutes.

  4. Top pork chops with your favorite BBQ rub and cook using your preferred cooking method.

  5. Top cooked pork chops with glaze right before removing from heat.

  6. Pair pork chops with slaw and serve.
