French Blueberry Dessert With Puff Pastry
  1. Sprinkle blueberries with water and toss them into a hot pan

  2. Add brown sugar and orange zest to the blueberries

  3. Let the berries bubble and soften

  4. Whisk together sour cream, two eggs, sugar and a splash of condensed milk

  5. Pour the softened berries into the cream mixture

  6. Butter the baking tray

  7. Cut a big circle of puff pastry and place it in the baking tray

  8. Prick the pastry with a fork to prevent it from puffing too high

  9. Pour the blueberry cream mixture into the pastry

  10. Place a mold in the center

  11. Cut even strips of pastry and weave them across the top

  12. Apply egg wash to the pastry for shine

  13. Place a spoonful of berries in the middle

  14. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes until golden
