½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, beat softened butter, egg, and vanilla until creamy.
Add the contents of the jar and mix until fully combined. The dough will be thick.
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Remove from oven and sprinkle with flaked sea salt.
Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Enjoy warm or store in an airtight container for up to a week.
