Gochujang Coconut Poached Fish
  1. Add garlic and half of the spring onion to pan with oil, cook for a few mins

  2. Add gochujang and let cook for a few mins before adding coconut milk, stock and fish sauce

  3. Add salmon fillets, top with lime zest and juice and put on the lid and cook for 10-12 min depending on size of fillets until fish is flakey

  4. Serve with rice and extra veggies
