  2. Mix chickpea flour and mustard until it forms a dough. Shape into 5 Schnitzel.

  3. Whisk flour, water, salt, and pepper to combine.

  4. Bread the Schnitzel with the flour-water mix and breadcrumbs.

  5. Fry in oil until crispy.
