Heat oven to 350°F. Coat 2-qt baking dish with cooking spray.
Peel and core apples; cut into ¾ inch pieces. Trim strawberries; cut into quarters.
In large bowl, combine 1 cup all-purpose flour, ½ cup brown sugar and ground cinnamon. Using fingers, work butter into flour mixture until crumbs form.
In medium bowl, combine apples and berries with remaining 1 Tbs flour and ½ cup brown sugar. Transfer to baking dish.
Top with crumb mixture. Bake until bubbly and golden, about 30 min.
Let cool. If desired, serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
