Air Fried Protein Cheese Bites
  1. Mix together 6oz of finely shredded parmesan cheese with 65g of egg whites

  2. Mix the mixture really well, then divide them into balls and roll into about 1 inch balls, packing them nice and tight

  3. Lay the rolled up balls on a plate or sheet pan and freeze for 2 hours

  4. Remove and air fry at 400F for 10 minutes

  5. Dip into your favorite sauce and enjoy
