Spicy Chicken Alfredo
  1. High: 2-3 hours OR Low: 5-6 hours

  2. Roast red bell peppers and garlic at 450°F for 30-50 mins

  3. Make Red Pepper Alfredo Sauce by blending cottage cheese, cream cheese, parmigiano reggiano, milk, roasted red peppers and roasted garlic

  4. Add ~1 cup pasta water to slow cooker

  5. Cook pasta to 50% doneness and add to slow cooker

  6. Garnish with chopped parsley
