Preheat the oven to 160ºc fan and line a 9" square tin
Mix melted butter and the sugars
Add the eggs and almond extract and mix
Add the ground almonds, flour, cornflour and combine
Add the chocolate chips and pour into the tin
Swirl through the jam, and sprinkle on the flaked almonds
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until a wobble in the middle
Cool, and set in the fridge for a couple of hours for best results
