Healthy Snickers Bites
  1. Blitz dates, peanuts, peanut butter, chia seeds, and salt in a food processor until sticky.

  2. Stir in ground flaxseed and hemp seeds once blended (or blitz briefly to mix).

  3. Roll into small balls.

  4. Melt the dark chocolate and dip each ball.

  5. Sprinkle over a bit more salt/flax/hemp while the chocolate's still soft.

  6. Chill until set.
