French Onion Ranch
  1. First add your sliced onions to a pan and add a good pinch of salt. Let your onions caramelize.

  2. Add some Worcestershire to help them caramelize faster.

  3. Then add in your beef stock and herbs and let that reduce until almost all the broth is gone.

  4. Roast your garlic in some beef tallow or oil before adding it to your sauce.

  5. Then in a bowl or jar add your mayo, sour cream, dill, ranch seasoning, lemon juice, and roasted garlic then blend.
