Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. and line a baking sheet with oven-safe parchment paper
In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice and all spices. Stir well so the spices are fully incorporated with the oil
Pat each of the salmon fillets dry and place them onto the baking sheet skin side down. Use a spoon or a marinade brush to coat each piece of salmon with the Greek marinade. Don’t overdo it with the marinade, but do be sure to have a good amount of the minced garlic and seasonings left behind on top of the salmon
Place the sheet pan into the oven and bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, depending on how thick your fillets are. Remove from the oven and serve with chopped parsley and lemon wedges
If your air fryer requires it, preheat it to 400 degrees F.

Place the salmon fillets into the air fryer basket or rack. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may only be able to do 2 fillets at a time and need to do this in 2 batches
Cook on 400 degrees F. for 10 minutes. Remove the salmon fillets from the air fryer and garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges
