    Frosting

  1. Preheat waffle maker.

  2. Mix egg, butter, yogurt, sugar, vanilla, cocoa, food coloring, flour, vinegar, and baking powder and immediately pour into waffle maker. Level out batter and close.

  3. Cook for 1 minute, unplug waffle maker, cook for an additional 5 minutes.

  4. Remove waffles to cool.

  5. Make frosting by mixing powdered sugar until smooth then mix in vanilla extract and cream cheese.

  6. Spread frosting over waffles, making sure to fill each crevice completely. Stack, frost, and serve.
