Beef mix

    Salad mix

    Tahini Sauce

  1. In a large bowl, add all the marinade ingredients. Mix well and marinate for 30+ minutes.

  2. Place parchment paper on baking pan. Spread the ground beef on the pan. Make the kabob shape.

  3. Bake at 450F for about 10 minutes.

  4. In a seperate bowl mix all the veggie mix ingrients and set to the side.

  5. Same thing with the tahini sauce. Whisk it until it gets thick.

  6. Using pita bread place your kabob, veggies and sauce. Wrap it. Dip it in the marinade sauce that’s still on the pan. Sear on medium high for that char.

  7. Enjoy!
