Chocolate Ganache Ratios Guide
  1. For dark chocolate ganache, combine 1 part dark chocolate with 1 part heavy cream

  2. For milk chocolate ganache, combine 1.5 parts milk chocolate with 1 part heavy cream

  3. For white chocolate ganache, combine 2 parts white chocolate with 1 part heavy cream

  4. Note that every brand and percentage of chocolate is different, so adjust ratios as needed

  5. Bring ganache to room temperature before piping
