Use a yogurt pot to measure the ingredients.
Mix the strawberry yogurt, 2 pots of sugar, 2 eggs, 1 pot of oil, a splash of vanilla, and a little orange blossom (optional).
Add 3 pots of flour and 1 tsp of baking powder and mix until combined.
Top the cake with sliced strawberries.
Make a quick crumble topping.
Bake at 160°C fan.
