3 Ingredients Coconut Macaroons
  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.

  2. In a large bowl add the coconut milk out the clumps.

  3. Then add the pistachio and chocolate chips and mix.

  4. Finally adding the condensed imilk, and vanilla and mix.

  5. Drop the batter onto sheet pans lined with parchment paper using either a 1 ¾-inch diameter ice cream scoop, or 2 teaspoons.

  6. Bake for 18–20 minutes, until golden brown.

  7. Cool and serve.

  8. Drizzle chocolate if you desire.
