Fermented Lemonade
  1. Layer sugar and lemon slices, repeat the process, and finish with sugar

  2. Use a glass container with good sealing, and fill it 80%-90% full (not 100%)

  3. Chill in the fridge at least 4 days to let the syrup form

  4. The syrup can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 weeks
