Dip the slices of bread in water and squeeze the water out.
Break the damp bread to small pieces and put them on a plate.
Add crumbled paneer/cottage cheese, chopped onion, chopped green chillies(optional), a few coriander leaves and dry spices to the mixture.
Mix all the ingredients well so that the mixture resembles a dough.
Roll into equal-sized balls.
Air- or deep-fry and serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
For airfryer keep it at 170 C for 12-14 mins until its golden brown, keep checking in between as different airfryers have different way of cooking
