Dump It Chicken Satay
  1. Slice chicken breasts

  2. Add chicken slices and cornflour and mix well

  3. Add coconut milk, stock cube, mild curry powder, pepper, soy sauce, sweet chilli, lazy garlic, and peanut butter

  4. Make sure to leave some of the chicken breast exposed out of sauce to add texture and flavour

  5. Bake on 200°C for 25 minutes

  6. Serve with rice or noodles
