Sticky Honey Bbq Burnt Ends
  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).

  2. Cut chuck roast into large chunks.

  3. Coat with olive oil.

  4. Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne.

  5. Rub seasoning mixture all over the beef.

  6. Place beef in a baking dish and cover tightly with foil.

  7. Bake for 3 hours until very tender.

  8. Remove from oven and cut into bite-sized pieces.

  9. In a bowl, combine BBQ sauce, honey, brown sugar, butter, and Worcestershire sauce.

  10. Toss beef pieces in the sauce mixture.

  11. Return to the baking dish in a single layer.

  12. Bake uncovered for 30–40 minutes.

  13. Stir halfway through cooking.

  14. Continue cooking until caramelized and sticky.

  15. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

  16. Serve as an appetizer, sandwich filling, or over rice.
