Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
Cut chuck roast into large chunks.
Coat with olive oil.
Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne.
Rub seasoning mixture all over the beef.
Place beef in a baking dish and cover tightly with foil.
Bake for 3 hours until very tender.
Remove from oven and cut into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, combine BBQ sauce, honey, brown sugar, butter, and Worcestershire sauce.
Toss beef pieces in the sauce mixture.
Return to the baking dish in a single layer.
Bake uncovered for 30–40 minutes.
Stir halfway through cooking.
Continue cooking until caramelized and sticky.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve as an appetizer, sandwich filling, or over rice.
