  1. Mix together ketchup, worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, and brown sugar in a bowl until smooth.

  2. Let chill in the fridge for 15-30 minutes in the fridge to let the flavors meld together. Serve as a dipping sauce for katsu or drizzle it on vegetables, or salads and enjoy!
