Festive Fudge
  1. In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with Eagle Brand and salt. Remove from heat; stir in nuts if desired and vanilla.

  2. Spread evenly into wax paper-lined 8- or 9-inch square pan.

  3. Chill 2 hours or until firm.

  4. Turn fudge onto cutting board, peel off paper and cut into squares.

  5. Store covered in refrigerator.
