Air fry the tomatillos, jalapeños, garlic, and onion until slightly charred and softened.
Blend with water, cilantro, and chicken bouillon until smooth.
In a pan, lightly fry the diced potatoes in a bit of oil until slightly golden. Set aside.
In a separate pan, cook the ground beef.
Add diced onion and season with garlic salt, onion powder, and black pepper. Cook until browned and fragrant.
Pour in the salsa verde and let it simmer with the beef.
Add the potatoes back in, mix, cover, and cook until the potatoes are fully tender and everything comes together.
