  1. Chop cucumber, red bell pepper, orange bell pepper, and red onion

  2. Drain and rinse chickpeas and navy beans

  3. Combine all chopped vegetables with chickpeas and navy beans

  4. Add mozzarella cheese balls

  5. Drizzle with red wine vinegar

  6. Add pesto to taste

  7. Season with salt, garlic powder, and basil

  8. Mix well and serve
