Garlic Shrimp & Cod Skillet (creamy Mediterranean Style)
  1. Pat cod and shrimp dry. Season both with salt, pepper, and paprika.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add cod pieces and cook for 3–4 minutes per side until lightly golden. Remove and set aside.

  3. In the same skillet, add shrimp and cook for 1–2 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside with cod.

  4. Add butter to the skillet. Sauté onion for 2–3 minutes until soft. Add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

  5. Pour in chicken broth and let it simmer for 2 minutes. Add heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Stir well until smooth and slightly thickened.

  6. Return cod and shrimp to the skillet. Spoon the sauce over the seafood and let it simmer gently for 3–5 minutes until everything is cooked through.

  7. Add lemon juice, chili flakes (if using), and sprinkle fresh parsley on top. Serve with crusty bread, rice or quinoa, and steamed vegetables or a fresh salad.
