Mash or blend the ingredients (except the breadcrumbs) for the meatballs.
Once a smooth paste, mix the breadcrumbs till the mixture holds then shape into balls and refrigerate. Sear the outside until browned.
Fry minced garlic and onion until browning, add the curry powder and fry for another few minutes.
Add the coconut milk, stock, miso paste and turmeric then mix and simmer to combine and thicken. Add the seared meatballs a few minutes before serving.
Serve with rice, garnishes and enjoy!
