Add the olive oil and 100 ml of water to the mixture, stirring until it forms a thick dough.
Place your dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and then cover it with another piece of parchment. Roll it out evenly with a rolling pin until it’s nice and thin.
Remove the top layer of parchment and cut the dough into your desired shapes using a sharp knife or a pizza cutter.
Bake on the middle rack for 25-30 minutes until crispy and golden. Let them cool completely – if you can resist the temptation!
