Homemade Caesar Salad With A Gordon Ramsay Touch
  1. Make a basic mayonnaise with the egg yolks, Dijon mustard, and red wine vinegar.

  2. Whisk in the olive oil to thicken the mayonnaise.

  3. Add chopped anchovies and crushed garlic to the mayonnaise.

  4. Grate in Parmesan cheese and add lemon juice and a splash of water to create the Caesar dressing.

  5. Dice the crusty bread, season with salt and pepper, and fry in olive oil until golden and crispy.

  6. Toss the romaine lettuce with half of the Caesar dressing and half of the croutons.

  7. Grate more Parmesan cheese on top.

  8. Butterfly the chicken breast, season with salt and pepper, and grill for 3-4 minutes per side.

  9. Slice the grilled chicken and toss with the remaining Caesar dressing.

  10. Serve the chicken warm alongside the Caesar salad.
