Roux and Sauce
Add Seafood
Brown flour, very slowly, stirring all the time, to make roux.
Add onions, celery, and garlic. Cook 5-10 minutes.
Add tomatos, tomato sauce, water, salt and pepper. Simmer for one hour, stirring occasionally.
Add Seafood - shrimp and cook 20-30 minutes.
Add Worchestershire Sauce
Serve over steamed rice.
