  1. Shred a pound of mild cheddar cheese

  2. Add ⅓ cup of powdered milk and two and a/2 teaspoons of beef gelatin

  3. Bring a cup of water to a boil on the stove

  4. Add the boiling water to the food processor

  5. Process the cheddar, powdered milk, gelatin, and water until it reaches the desired consistency

  6. Transfer the mixture to a Saran wrap lined loaf pan and put it in the fridge

  7. Vacuum seal the chilled cheese blocks and freeze them for later use
