Shred a pound of mild cheddar cheese
Add ⅓ cup of powdered milk and two and a/2 teaspoons of beef gelatin
Bring a cup of water to a boil on the stove
Add the boiling water to the food processor
Process the cheddar, powdered milk, gelatin, and water until it reaches the desired consistency
Transfer the mixture to a Saran wrap lined loaf pan and put it in the fridge
Vacuum seal the chilled cheese blocks and freeze them for later use
