Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Place the salmon fillets, sweet potato, green beans, and red bell pepper in the baking dish.
Pour the soy sauce mixture over the salmon and veggies, making sure everything is well coated.
Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the veggies are tender.
