Strawberry Sichuan Peppercorn Butter
  1. Blend the peppercorns until all are broken down but not quite pulverized, 1-2 minutes.

  2. Add in jam, lemon juice, and salt and blend until fully combined, scraping down the blender as needed.

  3. Add in the butter and blend until fully combined. Transfer to serving bowl and chill. Then serve!
