  1. Mix the miso paste, sesame oil, soy sauce, and sriracha (if using) to create the flavor base.

  2. Layer the veggies and protein in jars.

  3. Add the quick cooking noodles on top.

  4. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.

  5. To cook, add about 300ml hot water and cover for 5 minutes.
