The instructions are basically peel, deseed, and refrigerate tomatoes, simmer some of the tomato juice w/ sugar and cool, blend and strain, mix first 4 ingredients w/ a pinch of salt, then make the granita (freeze and scrape method). Serve with chives, avocado, and yogurt.
Personally, I think a gazpacho granita served with diced cucumber, chives, and avocado would be divine. Or maybe a firey lime-serrano-cucumber aguachile with shrimp, radish, and avocado...or creamy Thai tom kha gai soup flavors served with spicy green papaya salad...
