Preheat oven to 450F, add squash, feta, garlic and onion to a large baking sheet. Evenly coat with olive oil then add seasonings. Bake until squash is super soft and can be easily mashed.
While squash cooks, cook your pasta.
Add squash to blender with bone broth, blend until smooth and creamy adding more bone broth if too thick as you go.
Add sauce to pasta and place over low heat, add another drizzle of olive oil so everything mixes well together.
