Toast flatbread in the oven for a few minutes to get it crispy
Strain 1.5 cups of cottage cheese for 5 minutes in the sink
Combine cottage cheese, ¼ cup yogurt, ¼ cup ricotta cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a blender
Add 1 cup frozen chopped spinach and 1 can chopped artichokes to the cream sauce
Spread the sauce onto the flatbread
Top with more spinach (and artichoke if you have extra) and ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Bake at 350 degrees for ten minutes and broil for a few minutes to brown the cheese
Top with pepper and red pepper flakes
