High Protein Spinach Artichoke Pizza
  1. Toast flatbread in the oven for a few minutes to get it crispy

  2. Strain 1.5 cups of cottage cheese for 5 minutes in the sink

  3. Combine cottage cheese, ¼ cup yogurt, ¼ cup ricotta cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a blender

  4. Add 1 cup frozen chopped spinach and 1 can chopped artichokes to the cream sauce

  5. Spread the sauce onto the flatbread

  6. Top with more spinach (and artichoke if you have extra) and ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  7. Bake at 350 degrees for ten minutes and broil for a few minutes to brown the cheese

  8. Top with pepper and red pepper flakes
