Preheat the oven to 400ºF
In a cast iron or oven safe pan, add tomatoes, garlic cloves, thyme, oregano, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix all the ingredients.
Bake it in the oven for 20-30 minutes or until tomatoes are caramelized.
Put ricotta, lemon, salt and pepper to a food processor, blend until smooth.
Add ricotta to a shallow bowl and spread evenly.
Add the roasted tomatoes and garnish with fresh basil.
Serve with crusty bread of your choice!
