Add the crab, the shrimps, cream cheese, mayo, sriracha and mirin into a bowl and mix well. You may add your favorite furikake to taste
Cook the rice in a rice cooker. When ready, add some miring and fluff off
Optional. You may use plastic food wrap to help you on these next steps
Place a small layer of cooked rice onto your hand and flatten gently. Add a spoonful of the filling along with some more furikake. Top off with some more rice to cover the fillings
Shape the rice into a ball
Wrap the nori around the rice ball
