  1. Slice pitas into 1 inch strips, brush with avocado oil, broil in oven

  3. Stuff the seasoned meat into 4-5 pita halves.

  4. Grill or pan-fry until the pita is crispy and the meat is cooked through or reaches an internal temperature of 160 deg F

  5. Pro-tip: If you are unsure whether the meat is fully cooked, transfer the meat-stuffed pitas to an oven-safe skillet and place it in a 300 deg F oven until desired doneness.
