Preheat oven to 435 degrees F
Spread florets across baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil and use your hands to mix so the broccoli is evenly distributed
Season with salt and pepper then roast for 15 to 20 minutes or longer if needed
While broccoli roasts make the breadcrumbs by heating some oil or butter in small skillet over medium heat
Add breadcrumbs and stir to coat them
Toast for 2 to 3 minutes or until they are golden in color and crunchy
Remove from heat and set aside
Once broccoli is finished, place into large bowl or serving dish then drizzle with dressing, add shaved parmesan and breadcrumbs and enjoy!
