Add ½ onion, 1 small apple, 1 carrot, 3 inch knob of fresh ginger, and 1 clove garlic to a blender
Add ½ cup avocado oil, 2 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp honey, 1 Tbsp mirin, 1 Tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tsp sesame oil, and 1 tsp miso
Add salt to taste
Blend until smooth and creamy
