    Directions

  1. Melt butter in pan

  2. Add onions and saute until caramelized

  3. Add tomato paste, garlic and ginger puree, and all seasonings

  4. Deglaze pan with fire roasted tomatoes and water

  5. Add sauce to blender for 2-3 min until completely smooth.

  6. Add diced chicken to Crock-Pot and pour the sauce over chicken.

  7. Cook at either High: 2-3 hours or Low: 3-4 hours

  8. Add in more butter and yoghurt. Mix it in and let it sit for 10-15 min.

Serve with rice and flatbread
